So, I've been reading Fever by Lauren Destefano...and blech. It's certainly better than the previous book: Wither. Wither had terrible world-building, the plot was nonexistent, and the heroine was a dull Mary Sue. But this time in Fever we have MORE AWESOME characters! Oh, but we still have fail!world-building, nonexistent plot, and a dull Mary Sue heroine.
Hey, at least the book's able to venture out into the red light districts- albeit in a very judging, yet curiously casual way. What the heck?
